2019 CLINTON COUNTY SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS ANNOUNCED
Clinton County Community Foundation awards more than $290,600 in scholarships for 2019-20 school year
June 10, 2019 -- The Clinton County Community Foundation has awarded 92 scholarships and renewals from 24 funds to Clinton County students with an approximate value of $290,600, including the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship. The students were recognized at a Scholarship Reception held on May 30 at Arborwood in Frankfort, Ind. Parents, donors, educators, community volunteers and leaders also attended the event in recognition of the efforts of the students.
“Our donors have a heart for this community and supporting student success,” said Bob Thorley, chairman of the Clinton County Community Foundation Services Committee. “They demonstrate this through their giving. These scholarships help students focus on their studies and alleviate some of their financial concerns. We thank our donors for this foresight and encourage the recipients to continue the tradition of giving.”
