2014 HOWARD COUNTY SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS ANNOUNCED
Community Foundation of Howard County awards more than $343,100 in scholarships for 2014-15 school year
June 11, 2014 —Through the Community Foundation of Howard County,128 scholarships and renewals from 43 scholarship funds have been awarded to Howard County students with an approximate value of $343,100, including the two Lilly Endowment Community Scholarships.
“Our donors want to have a positive influence on their community by supporting students as they work to achieve their goals,” said Glenn Grundmann, scholarship chair for the Community Foundation of Howard County. “With this financial support and encouragement, students can concentrate on their ambitions. We are proud to be a part of this process and to assist donors as they share their passion for giving.”
